Disable Ad Blockers:

Optily works by connecting to your Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads when creating your account and this process can be prevented from completing successfully by ad blockers. We recommend disabling any type of adblocker for https://www.optily.app/

Google Analytics:

  • If you use Google Analytics (which is optional, but we recommend you do) then you must have eCommerce tracking enabled to track transactions and/or revenue and have verified that they are being tracked accurately.

  • You need a minimum of one active ad account with a standard or higher access level (Optional, if you only want to optimize Facebook campaigns)

  • Have direct access to the ad account and not through the Manager account (previously known as The Client Centre)

  • Your ad account must have Google Analytics auto-tagging enabled

  • Your ad account must be linked to the same Google Analytics account

  • You need at least one live campaign (Optional, if you want to optimize two Facebook Ads campaigns)

Facebook Ads:

  • You need one active ad account with Ads Management Standard Access campaigns or higher (Optional, if you only want to optimize Google Ads campaigns)

  • Your ad account must have at least one live campaign (Optional, if you want to optimize two Google Ads campaigns)

  • The campaign has to have Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO) turned on

  • You must be tracking your campaign name, source, and medium in your UTM parameters on all URLs
