There are a variety of reasons why some accounts may not appear in Optily:

1. The account you linked at sign-up might not have access to the ad accounts you are looking to connect.

  • If you are still in the onboarding flow, skip the step and click Finish when you have at least 1 ad account selected from either Google Ads or Facebook

  • You can log into a different account by going to Account Settings > Platform Integration using the Reauthenticate button

2. The account’s currency might not match the currency of your selected Google Analytics View.

  • If you are still in the onboarding flow, skip the step and click Finish when you have at least 1 ad account selected from either Google Ads or Facebook

  • You can change the currency by selecting a view with your required currency in Account Settings > Advertiser Settings

  • Just ensure you don't have restrictive filters altering the reporting in the selected Google Analytics view.

Now you can move to the next step to select your required ad accounts.
